So many memories of you Bern! The best ones would be growing up as teenagers and having a good old drink and knees up. You always knew how to have a laugh with us younger ones in true Bern style. The years may have past and we have all got a little older and not seen you as much but we still always heard lots about you and laughed about the funny antics that you got up to. Your family days always sounded like they were full of fun, love and laughter - such lovely memories to leave all of your loved ones with. The one thing that seemed to be a constant was enjoying a glass of wine with my best friend. Thank you for being their for Fran. You really were more like a Dad to her. I think she was the daughter that you never had. You are now leaving a big hole in all of their lives but thankfully they have each other to get through these dark days.
